TA members gather to strenghen the vocation
Members of the TA and friends from Montreal and Ottawa gathered recently to reflect and share about The Apostolic Exhortation Christi Fidelis Laici.
The meeting began with a presentation by Father Jean Muakadi of Cornwall, who according to the participants, was able to ‘electrify’ the audience.
He clarified the origin of the exhortation, the goal sought by Pope John Paul II in writing it and the expectations of the Church about the people of God.
In front of 21 adult participants (in addition of 5 children), he managed to captivate the audience and convey the need for training around this document. Eight participants were not Catholic.
Participants expressed their conviction that the “Holy Spirit acts and teaches us through the intercession of Pedro Poveda, Victoria Diez and all the loving people of Teresian Association”.
